Automated part cleaning

ADDform supports a number of post processing solutions. We can clean printed parts, glass blast parts and drill and tap where necessary. We can colour parts when requested and also include assembly operations if our client has a need.

ADDform has invested in the DyeMansion Powershot C glass bead blasting machine to clean printed parts prior to further post processing such as painting or shipping the our clients.

Productivity Increase with the Powershot CUsing the DyeMansion Powershot C, a full HP Jet Fusion 4210 print job (14 hours) can be cleaned in only ten minutes. Time needed for cleaning and personnel costs can be reduced in a significant way and therefore improve the efficiency. A configurable timer allows a constant batch processing and parts can be processed much faster.

Gentle Blasted Surface Treatment Offering a Smooth Finish
Compared to manual blasting cabins the DyeMansion Powershot C is equipped with a rotating basket and is manufactured from stainless steel. Two simultaneously working blasting nozzles, that are positioned perpendicular to the rotating basket and the contained parts, remove the powder in an efficient way. A fixed distance between the parts and the blasting nozzles ensures reproducible results without damaging the parts during the process.
